Accounts and Registration Obligations:

• If any clause becomes invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms

• This agreement, which may be amended from time to time, constitutes the understanding and agreement between the store and the consumer

• The store may charge certain fees depending on offers, products, services, or applicable government taxes

• The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or deduct any fees or expenses under this agreement

Payment Services:

• The store, through its partners, provides full online payment solutions or any method introduced from time to time

• The store commits to pricing services/products according to common market value

• The store must provide invoices for all purchases and ensure that accounting standards are applied to comply with legal, economic, and organizational requirements

Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights related to the Barr Al Aman store are fully owned by the store, whether created before or after the platform’s launch

• The consumer agrees to respect the store’s intellectual property rights, including the name, logo, images, and videos associated with the store

Store Liability:

The store commits to operating legally and in accordance with Saudi regulations and this agreement

• The store is not liable for claims resulting from mistakes or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, including by the consumer or third parties such as shipping companies

• Bar Al Aman, its team, owners, and representatives commit that the product or service is legitimate, licensed, and used for legal purposes under Saudi law

Account Restriction or Termination:

• The store reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or restrict any user’s account at any time and for any reason, without prior notice

Governing Law:

• This agreement is governed by and interpreted according to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi

General Provisions:

• If any clause becomes invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains effective until further notice from the store

• This agreement, subject to change as needed, forms the full contractual understanding between the store and the consumer

• Arabic is the official language used for interpreting or translating this agreement

• Prices for services/products may be updated periodically

• Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled at any time by the store

• All parties agree to conduct transactions in accordance with Islamic principles and Saudi law

• This agreement can only be terminated by a decision from the store’s management
